It's Christmas!!!

Finally...after months of waiting and countless letters to Santa, Christmas finally came. Christmas eve found us at St. Mary's and a beautiful service put the season in perfect perspective. Then it was home and to bed, so Santa would come. Christmas morning started at 6:30. The boys got light sabers! AWESOME!!!

Bono Ben

Help...It's Bono Ben. But instead of a microphone, he has a gun! Looks like it's only a nerf gun that Jill and Nick gave Matt for his Birthday (11/30). Still, he's pretty scary.

Artist at Work

Sam is our artist-in-residence. He is usually the first to go into the art closet, pull out some materials and start working on a project that exists only in his imagination. Soon, it's real.

Here, he's making characters from his favorite cartoons. He saw his brother, Matthew, make one and just had to try it himself. Sam draws, Dad cuts. Then we post them on the wall.

Spiderman X3

We all dressed as Spiderman for Halloween. Sam and Ben wore their costumes to school. Ben's costume tore, but luckily we had Matt's old muscle-Spiderman costume on hand. After safety-pinning up the sleeves and convincing him that it was just as good, if not better, than his original costume, we were off trick-or-treating. Booooooooooooo!
