Capitol Trip

We visited the Capitol on our trip to Austin. It was really fun. A beautiful building. You park across the street and walk right in. The legislators were all back at their homes, which is just as well.

There is lots of Texas history depicted in the capitol. Texas has one of the richest state histories in the union. And Texans like to remember it.

Here are the boys on the state seal.




I'm not sure who this is. When in doubt, I say it's Sam Houston.
